Persian Saffron Ice Cream and Faloodeh

Persian saffron ice cream was first made during the Qajar Era. It’s made out of Saffron, Frozen cream, pistachio and other ingredients which together make a delicious combination. Faloodeh is somehow an ice cream made out of frozen starch threads and after adding some lime juice and sour cherry juice to it, faloodeh has fulfilled its prophecy!
