Tas Kabob
To start cooking the ingredients must be chopped into small pieces. For instance, the beef must be chopped into 4 pieces, and slice the potatoes, carrots, and onions in circles and slice the quince like watermelon slices.
Then choose a proper pot and put some oil in it. Then put a layer of onion rings at the bottom of the pot. Then put the pieces of meat on the onions. Pour some turmeric and pepper on the meat and also put the carrot and quince on the meat.
And finally, place the potatoes on top. Add a glass of water along with some salt and other spices to the pot and put it on the heat till it boils.
Close the lid and let it cook for about 3 to 4 hours. If the water of the stew is too much evaporated, add some water so that the onions do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
