TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing Hogo Travel as your tour operator.
Please notice that these Terms and Conditions apply to all of our products including tours, souvenirs and etc. These terms are applicable to all of the products and services provided by Hogo Travel. So we recommend reading them carefully. All the tours on our website and other extra tours are completely operated by Hogo Travel.
It is important to consider that by booking any product from Hogo Travel you are acknowledged that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. If you have booked any product for more than one client you shall be deemed to accept these terms on behalf of other clients named in the booking process and the passengers and travelers related to you indicate their assent to these Terms. The client who has done the booking for other travelers is required to be the contact person for further communication.
BOOKING
A booking is confirmed and the terms are applied when Hogo Travel or any of our authorized agents has received the required amount of deposit from the client and the person who has done the booking will receive confirmation from Hogo Travel. The client who finalizes the booking must be no less than 18 years of age and must agree to provide all the necessary information required by Hogo Travel.
The Client who has booked a product on behalf of others should guarantee that he/she has the consent and authority to do such booking and has communicated with all the people he/she has booked the product for. He/She must provide the complete and accurate information of all the other clients by obtaining the information directly from them and he/she is required to send the information to Hogo Travel. The Client is also required to inform all the other clients about the Terms and Conditions of Hogo Travel.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Hogo Travel will try to respond to all the special requests of our clients and provide them with the best dietary and accommodation options. But notice that these requests are not a part of our Terms and Conditions and Hogo Travel is not liable to fulfill these requests.
PRICES AND SURCHARGES
Due to the seasonal nature of the travel industry, there might be some changes in the mentioned prices after finalizing the booking of our products. In this case, we will inform you about the updated prices before the departure date.
Price does not include:
- Visa fee at the embassy of Iran or at the airport
- International air tickets
- Tips
VALIDITY
All itineraries, dates, and prices are indicative only and the price mentioned on our website may be subject to some surcharges. The client acknowledges that due to the dependence of the travel industry on certain policies, situations, and conditions, he/she is responsible for providing all the necessary details for Hogo Travel and our company will provide our clients the details of any possible minor changes.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
The booking is confirmed upon the receipt of the requested deposit which changes due to the package you choose.
- The payment would be received through the booking section and after the deposit to our bank account
- Late bookings are accepted up to the announced departure date and are permitted only if there is any available space
- Iran Visa will be prepared by Hogo Travel and our company does all the necessary paperwork so you can collect your Iran Visa through the embassy or by post
Hogo Travel guarantees prices upon the receipt of full payment. When the contract is signed there will be no extra charges unless the traveler requests some changes. Hogo Travel also has the right to change the prices pertaining to misprints or errors; and also major price increases in the accommodation, flight tickets, and other services.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
It is important to note that if you cancel your tour for any reason the cancellation charges will apply. You can read the cancellation refund policy below:
- 25-30 days before the tour: 25% of tour price
- 8-24 days before the tour: 45% of tour price
- 3-7 days before the tour: 75 % of tour price
- 3 days before the departure time of the group 100% of the total price Iran Visa
